Let us not forget Major Clarence Cecil Ratliff, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army Reserve, MAJ Ratliff served our country until July 2nd, 1968 in Kien Tuong, South Vietnam. He was 42 years old and was married. Clarence died when his helicopter crashed into the land. His body was recovered. Clarence was born on December 30th, 1925 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

MAJ Ratliff is on panel 54W, line 039 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 20 years.
