In Memory of
Corporal Cecil Thomas Oscar

Let us not forget Corporal Cecil Thomas Oscar, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Army, CPL Oscar served our country until June 6th, 1968 in Dinh Tuong, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was not married. Cecil died from an undetermined explosion. His body was recovered. Cecil was born on June 29th, 1947 in Grottoes, Virginia.

CPL Oscar is on panel 59W, line 010 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 3 years.
