Let us not forget Hospital Corpsman Third Class Lloyd Irvin Luttrell, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Navy, HM3 Luttrell served our country until January 24th, 1969 in Quang Nam, South Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was not married. Lloyd died from small arms fire/grenade. His body was recovered. Lloyd was born on October 12th, 1946 in Lexington, Kentucky.

HM3 Luttrell is on panel 34W, line 073 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 3 years.
