Lance Corporal Frederick Donald Kemp
Let us not forget Lance Corporal Frederick Donald Kemp, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, LCPL Kemp served our country until May 8th, 1968 in Quang Tri, South Vietnam. He was 19 years old and was not married. Frederick died from small arms fire/grenade. His body was recovered. Frederick was born on October 19th, 1948 in Arkport, New York. LCPL Kemp is on panel 57E, line 005 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
