Lance Corporal Michael Roger Ball
Let us not forget Lance Corporal Michael Roger Ball, casualty of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Marine Corps, LCPL Ball served our country until March 26th, 1969 in Quang Tri, South Vietnam. He was 20 years old and was married. Michael died from artillery fire. His body was recovered. Michael was born on November 13th, 1948 in Davenport, Iowa. LCPL Ball is on panel 28W, line 042 of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for less than a year.
